The Constitution of South Africa Chapter 2 Section 27 (1) b states that everybody has the right to have access to sufficient ("quality" could also be added) water.

If we do not take special care, quality water runs the risk of becoming an unreachable/unaffordable right (privilege) for too many people in South Africa and Africa.

In many countries in Africa people are already forced to use part of their small income to buy quality water in shops or from vendors.
